1. What No More Beast is (and is not)

No More Beast (“the Service”, “we”) is a free-to-play social entertainment game with casino-style mechanics. It is not gambling: there is no wagering of money or anything of monetary value, no possibility of winning money or anything of monetary value, and no financial intent of any kind.

2. No affiliation with any casino or gambling operator

• No More Beast is not a casino, is not licensed as one, and does not need to be — because nothing of value is ever staked or won.
• We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or connected to any real casino, betting company, gambling operator, or gambling brand, online or physical. Any resemblance between our games and real gambling products is a matter of genre, in the same way a racing game resembles motorsport.
• Game names, characters, and artwork are our own or licensed to us. Where a game shares the name of a traditional card or table game (blackjack, baccarat, roulette, poker), that name describes public-domain rules and implies no connection to any commercial operator using it.
• We never link to, advertise, promote, or accept advertising from real-money gambling. This is permanent and not a commercial position we intend to revisit.

3. Ƶ — the play money

• Ƶ (“GameMoney”) is fictional. It is not money, e-money, cryptocurrency, a deposit, an investment, or a financial instrument of any kind.
• Ƶ has no monetary value and never will. It cannot be redeemed, cashed out, exchanged, sold, or transferred for real money, goods, services, or anything of value.
• Every account receives a free weekly allowance of Ƶ. Running out is, at worst, a short wait. You never need to pay to keep playing.
• Ƶ may also be granted for referrals, community activity, and in-game events. Granted Ƶ is subject to the same rules: fictional, non-redeemable, and revocable if obtained by abuse.

4. No payouts. Ever.

Nothing in the Service — no balance, no win, no jackpot, no digital item — can be paid out, withdrawn, or converted into real money or real-world value. That is not a temporary limitation; it is the design.

5. PRO subscriptions

• PRO is an optional recurring subscription, billed monthly or yearly through our payment processor. Current tiers: CUB (€3.99/month, €39/year), BEAST (€9.99/month, €99/year), APEX (€29.99/month, €299/year). Prices shown at checkout govern.
• PRO buys cosmetics, comfort and playtime — never odds. No subscription tier changes the mathematics of any game, improves your chance of winning, or creates any claim to a payout. The published RTP is identical for every player at every tier.
• It renews until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account; you keep PRO until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again.
• Free trials may be offered. If a trial converts to a paid subscription we tell you before it does, and cancelling during the trial costs nothing.
• Gift seats: some tiers include seats you can give to other players. A gifted seat is a licence to use PRO features, not property, and cannot be resold or exchanged for value.
• Your EU withdrawal right. If you are a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because PRO is digital content supplied immediately, you are asked at checkout to consent to immediate supply and to acknowledge that you thereby lose that right. If you would rather keep it, simply wait 14 days before using PRO features. Nothing here removes rights your national consumer law gives you and we cannot waive.
• If you think you were billed in error, email us. We would rather refund a confused player than keep €3.99 and an enemy.

6. Coin packs and digital showcase items

• We may offer optional coin packs (extra Ƶ) and digital showcase items for purchase with real money. These are purchases of entertainment, exactly like a cinema ticket.
• Buying Ƶ buys playtime and bragging rights. It never improves your odds and never creates any claim to a payout or return of value.
• The digital watch tells no time and the digital car drives nowhere. Showcase items are a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to display pixels on your profile. Not property, not assets, not NFTs, not investments. Magnificent, though.

7. Parties, shared play and pooled Ƶ

• Parties let you play with other people. A host may run a shared table, and other players may put Ƶ into a shared pool and share in what it wins or loses.
• Pooled Ƶ is still fictional play money. Pooling it does not create an investment, a fund, a security, or any financial arrangement, and it cannot be cashed out by anyone including the host.
• A pool can lose. If it does, everyone in it loses their share of fictional Ƶ, and that is the whole consequence.
• Hosts must not misrepresent what a pool does. Using pooled play to extract real-world value from other players — in any form, including off-platform payment — is prohibited and will close accounts.

8. Promotions — the one exception, and it’s not about winning

• We may occasionally run promotions or community events with real prizes (merch, gadgets, event tickets).
• Prizes are awarded for social and community activities — creativity, participation, contribution — never for winning or losing Ƶ, never proportional to any balance, bet or outcome, never tied to any financial value or intent.
• Each promotion has its own published rules, requires no purchase, and is void where prohibited.

9. Chat, parties and things you post

• You are responsible for what you post — in game chat, party rooms, comments, your nickname and your profile. Keep it legal and keep it decent.
• Not allowed: harassment, hate, threats, sexual content involving minors, doxxing, spam, scams, advertising real-money gambling, or attempting to move play into real-money betting with other players.
• We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. We do not pre-screen everything, so if you see something bad, report it.
• You keep ownership of what you post, and grant us the licence we need to display it inside the Service.

10. Accounts operated by us

To keep tables and rooms feeling alive, the Service includes accounts operated by No More Beast rather than by independent members of the public. They play the same games under the same published mathematics, and their results are real outcomes of real rounds — they are not scripted to win. They may post ambient chat, and they do not send personal replies to individual players, hold conversations with you, ask you for anything, or solicit any purchase.

They cannot win prizes, cannot take part in pooled play alongside other players’ Ƶ, and are excluded from our own reporting. We are telling you they exist because you are entitled to know who is on the other side of a table.

11. Eligibility

• You must be 18 or older to hold an account.
• One account per person. No multi-accounting.
• Do not use the Service where doing so would break your local law.

12. Responsible play, and what we are not responsible for

Please read /responsible-play — it is short, and it is meant, not decorative.

• Play for fun. If it stops being fun, stop. Email us to freeze or close your account — no questions, no dark patterns.
• We do not offer, promote or facilitate real-money gambling, and we accept no responsibility for real-money gambling you choose to do elsewhere — whether or not playing here preceded it, influenced it, or resembled it.
• To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for gambling losses, financial losses, debts, addiction, or harm to health, mood, relationships or finances arising from your use of the Service or from any real-money gambling undertaken after or alongside it. The Service is entertainment played with fictional currency; it is not treatment, not advice, and not a substitute for professional help.
• Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer law.

13. Fair play

• Outcomes are provably fair — RTP and house edge published per game, seeds verifiable after settlement (see /fair).
• No exploits, multi-accounting, automation of play, or trading accounts/Ƶ outside the Service. We may reset balances or close accounts that cheat. (The house accounts described in §10 are the only automated players permitted, and they are ours.)

14. The boring-but-necessary part

• The Service is provided “as is”, in preview, and will change. We may update these terms (dated at the top); material changes will be announced in the Service.
• We may suspend or discontinue the Service, or any game, at any time. Ƶ balances and digital items have no monetary value and no compensation is owed if they are lost or reset.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months — for most of you, a proud €0.
• Governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and applicable EU law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
