The surveillance disclosure

Privacy Policy

last updated 2026-07-25 · reading time: shorter than one spin

The short version: we count visitors with our own first-party analytics, we run the minimum needed for accounts and the game ledger, we never see your card details, we don’t run ad trackers, we don’t sell data, and we don’t have 847 “trusted partners”.

1. Who is responsible

No More Beast operates this website and is the data controller for the data described here. Data questions: hello@nomorebeast.com.

2. What we collect

3. Cookies

Four cookies, listed individually with their purpose and lifetime, on the cookie policy. Short version: one to keep you logged in, one to count visits, one to remember you dismissed the banner, and payment-processor cookies only if you start a checkout. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data. We share only what is necessary, with:

Our infrastructure is in the EU. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, it is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

5. What we never do

6. Legal bases & retention

Analytics runs on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), withdrawable at any time; accounts, the ledger, chat and subscriptions on contract (Art. 6(1)(b)); fraud prevention and keeping the games fair on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)); and payment records on legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

We keep data as long as needed for those purposes, then delete it. Close your account and we delete what the law doesn’t force us to keep — payment and tax records are the usual exception, kept for the statutory period. Public content you posted may remain visible where it is part of another player’s history, detached from your account.

7. Children

The Service is 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has an account here, email us and we will delete it.

8. Security

Passwords are hashed, traffic is encrypted in transit, and access to production data is restricted. No system is perfect; if we ever suffer a breach affecting your data we will notify you and the supervisory authority as the GDPR requires.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent — email hello@nomorebeast.com and a human handles it. Complaints: your local supervisory authority (in Latvia, the Data State Inspectorate, dvi.gov.lv) — though we’d appreciate the chance to fix things first.
