The short version: we count visitors with our own first-party analytics, we run the minimum needed for accounts and the game ledger, we never see your card details, we don’t run ad trackers, we don’t sell data, and we don’t have 847 “trusted partners”.
1. Who is responsible
No More Beast operates this website and is the data controller for the data described here. Data questions: hello@nomorebeast.com.
2. What we collect
- First-party analytics — page views, referrer, browser/device type, country, and engagement events, on our own infrastructure. It exists so we know whether the site works, not who you are.
- Account basics — email, nickname, password (hashed, obviously). If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile from Google, not your Google password.
- Game data — your Ƶ balance, bets, wins, purchases and showcase items. This is literally the product: the flex feed can’t announce your fictional Rolex without knowing you bought it. Your nickname, showcase and notable wins are public by design.
- Things you post — game and party chat, comments, and shared moments. Chat inside a party is visible to that party; the live wall is visible to players who follow you. Treat all of it as public.
- Subscription data — if you subscribe to PRO, we store which tier you are on, its status and renewal date. We never see or store your card number. Payment is handled by Stripe, which acts as an independent controller for payment data and holds the card details, not us.
- Referrals — if you arrive through an invite link we record which account invited you, so the reward can be granted and abuse detected.
- Email, if you write to us — kept to answer it.
3. Cookies
Four cookies, listed individually with their purpose and lifetime, on the cookie policy. Short version: one to keep you logged in, one to count visits, one to remember you dismissed the banner, and payment-processor cookies only if you start a checkout. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. We share only what is necessary, with:
- Stripe — payment processing for PRO subscriptions.
- Our hosting and infrastructure providers — who store the data on our instructions and may not use it for anything else.
- Anyone the law obliges us to, if that ever happens, and we will tell you unless we are forbidden to.
Our infrastructure is in the EU. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, it is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
5. What we never do
- Sell or rent your data. To anyone. For anything.
- Run third-party ad trackers or profile you across the internet.
- Sell or share your data with gambling operators. We have no relationship with any.
- Pretend a 4,000-word policy equals transparency.
6. Legal bases & retention
Analytics runs on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), withdrawable at any time; accounts, the ledger, chat and subscriptions on contract (Art. 6(1)(b)); fraud prevention and keeping the games fair on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)); and payment records on legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
We keep data as long as needed for those purposes, then delete it. Close your account and we delete what the law doesn’t force us to keep — payment and tax records are the usual exception, kept for the statutory period. Public content you posted may remain visible where it is part of another player’s history, detached from your account.
7. Children
The Service is 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has an account here, email us and we will delete it.
8. Security
Passwords are hashed, traffic is encrypted in transit, and access to production data is restricted. No system is perfect; if we ever suffer a breach affecting your data we will notify you and the supervisory authority as the GDPR requires.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent — email hello@nomorebeast.com and a human handles it. Complaints: your local supervisory authority (in Latvia, the Data State Inspectorate, dvi.gov.lv) — though we’d appreciate the chance to fix things first.
